   St Anne's Feast Gotong Royong and Rehearsal

   11th July (Sat) - MBSA St Anne's Feast Gotong Royong from 8.30am-12.30noon
   Gotong Royong arrangement
   Venue: Greenhall (Meeting point) - 8.30am
   Areas: Church, Shrine, Parish Centre, Green hall, Dormitory, Security Guard Post (Main), Garden Hill Top.
   Claude to coordinate with the gotong royong leaders.
   11th July (Sat) - Outdoor Canopies will be up. Requesting all strong men to help to relocate the pews from the Shrine.
   Rehearsal
   12th July (Sun) - Outdoor Mass Rehearsal at 4.30pm. All those involved, Fr. Nelson, Deacons, ETCM Altar Servers, Commentator, Choirs, Hospitality Ministers, Communion Ministers or reps, Security and Liturgical team, please be present.
   Flag Raising & Volunteer Mass
   16th July - Thursday - Flag Raising, blessing of the new statue of Saints Joachim, Anne and Mary and the Pilgrims Path blessing is at 6.30pm followed by volunteer mass at 7.00pm.
